Whether you are home or away or whether you business premises is guarded or not, if your alarm triggers you have the reassurance of a team of trained professionals coming to your assistance. If required we will also inform the Police, Fire Department or Medical Emergency Services.

Central Alarm Monitoring Services - Features

  • The control room can distinguish between a burglary, fire, medical, hostage & any panic situation by the signal received and give a response accordingly.
  • Zone identification – our monitoring station can identify which zone the alarm has activated from to inform you and also to give a better response.
  • If the system is not armed at the scheduled time given by you then a Monitoring Officer will call & remind to arm the system.
  • Indicates unscheduled Opening & Closing, even if the system is armed or disarmed by an authorized person.
  • User identification when Opening and Closing – If a monthly summary is required we can provide a printout
  • If there is a loss of electricity, it will indicate at our Central Monitoring Station and our Monitoring Officers will call and inform if it is not restored after a specified time.
  • In a hold-up situation the Panic button can be pressed. This will not trigger the siren at site but send a distress signal to our monitoring station. This ensures that the person holding the customer at gun/knife point does not get excited and cause harm to the householders. The householder can be assured of immediate assistance from our Response Team as well as the Police

 

Emergency Response Team

  • The Monitoring & Response teams are made up of specially trained officers. The response team consists of  ex-service personnel specially trained in unarmed combat, fire fighting, handling emergency situations and basic emergency medical training.
  • In an alarm situation a response team will be dispatched on motor cycles to assist in the emergency & will inform the relevant persons specified by you as well as the State Agencies (Police, Fire Brigade…etc.)
